First of all, THANK YOU GOD FOR ALL THE BLESSINGS !! :))
Why am I sooooo happy today? Let me share it with you. :)
First, last Sunday I was able to buy one of the BNO tees (Boys Night Out, Magic 89.9) at Toby’s in Shang-rila Mall. I really want to buy one but my shift starts at 11PM and the mall closes at 10PM. I hesitate to enter the mall when closing hours is near, I dunno why. Haha. Then, finally I got one. Yehey!! :) I’ll be buying the “Paracetamomol" or the "MOMOL" shirt next time. :) And I wore it today. So cool!
Second, 3 days ago which is Monday, my Team Leader gave me her 8 stickers for the Starbucks the Starbucks Planner. I’m not fond of collecting stickers just to get a Starbucks Planner (I don’t easily waste my money. Rawr!) Then, Euanne gave me additional four stickers, so konte na lang. Suddenly, my TL borrowed it because she’ll buy hot coffee. Afterwards, me, Euanne and Lino, bought Frappucinos. So, supposedly there should be one sticker left. Unfortunately, si kuya cashier dinikit sa maling logo. SHOCKS. >.< So kinulang tuloy, 5 stickers na yun hahabulin ko.
And etong si kuya ang funny (kung di ka lang cute eh, haha). Convo goes like this:
Me: Hala kuya !! Bakit doon mo dinikit? (nilabas ko un 4 stickers)
Kuya: Ma’am, di niyo naman po sinabi eh.
Euanne: Sinabi kaya namen.
Kuya: Ay, sinabi niyo po ba?
Euanne: Hindi ba pwedeng ilipat na lang sa kabila?
Kuya: Naku Ma’am pasensya na po, di na pwede eh.
Me: (I just smiled) Yaan mo na. :)
Kuya: Okay lang yan Ma’am, marami naman po kayong pera eh. Till 20th pa nman siya. :)
Me: Wow ha!! Wala kaya kuya. Haha. (deep inside: frustrated yet still smiling)
Kuya: O kaya magsabay na lang po kayo ng mga friends mong bibili.
Oh well, kelangan ko maghatak ng tao tomorrow para mapuno siya. Then when I arrived at work, may nahatak na ko. Woohoo! At actually more than 5 stickers pa makukuha ko nun eh. Haha. Pero sinakto ko lang, bawal kasi tlaga sa production floor ang ganun (Korny lang). At take note, di ako nageffort because someone treated me Starbucks, thanks to Mitch! Haha. Then FINALLY I GOT THIS! WOOT!
I chose white because it looks clean, neat and for a change. :) Supposedly black but it so common, so here you go, white. :)
Lastly, few hours later I checked my email at the office. And I got a survey, FINALLY!! I got 5’s and that’s the highest score. Thank you Ms. Customer. :) I’ll pass my metrics this month because of you. And out of curiosity I listened to the call. Shockingly, its just a 2 min cal and I wasn’t able to really assist the member and I transferred her to the different department. Still, its a CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) for me. YAHOO !! :)
